Stanasia is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides psychiatric and psychotherapy (counseling) services in Georgia.
Her pursuit for mental health begun during experience as a RN while caring for patients with mental health concerns along with physical conditions. In that period, she gained an appreciation of mental health and its influence on physical health. Her responsibility as a psychiatric mental health provider includes comprehensive assessments, medication management, and individualized psychosocial therapy to clients suffering from numerous chronic and/or acute mental health conditions. Some conditions include, but are not limited to management of ADHD, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Stanasia provides psychiatric evaluations and follow up appointments taking the time to learn the history, life experiences and current circumstances of the patient seeking treatment. She provides a warm environment fostering patience and understanding as she and the patient formalizes a tailored treatment plan for optimal outcomes.
With extensive experience health care, Stanasia has worked with individuals across all age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. Her approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each age group, ensuring personalized care that addresses developmental/physical, emotional, and psychological concerns at every stage of life.
